Teens in Transition

Group Home for Teens in Transition is designed for teens ages 16 and above who are not stable in a family and have a need to develop the skills to effectively function as an adult in the community. The program is designed to assist the youth in completing their high school graduation or earn a GED as well as enter the work force with “real life” experience. Youth can successfully complete their stay in the group home and emancipate directly into independence or be transitioned further into a supportive apartment living program for 3 to 6 months.
