New in '08!

Once upon a time...
We don’t really believe in that ‘happily ever after’ yadayada but we thought we might have a bit of fun with this. We are inviting all participants to dress as your favorite fairy tale characters. Right before the race, we will all march in front of our panel of judges to determine the best costume[s]. Once judged, costumes may be shed or worn throughout the race. We will announce the winner at our post-race award ceremony and some lucky winner[s] will walk away with an enchanted prize. [Please keep costumes family-appropriate].

Detour: Construction Ahead!
For those of you who have raced in the Glacier Challenge in years past, we have made one revision to our route. Due to construction, we are routing our roadbikers on a bit of a different route. Please look at the new map to make sure you know which way to turn.

The Idle Chatter Reader Board
We will post a reader board at the start and finish line of the race in Riverside Park. This board will be for equipment sales, outdoor adventures, other area races, racer information, sponsor information etc. Anything related to racing is welcome. If you have something you would like posted on this board, please submit to the Race Director at least 1 week prior to the race. [14 Panoramic Dr. • Kalispell, MT 59901]

“Give to Our Kids” Raffle
Giving to our kids has never been easier. When you are filling out your entry form, there is now a little box you can check to say you want to give a little more. That ‘little more’ goes directly to helping us care for our Valley’s kids in crisis. When you choose to give this gift, you get something back.
