Clinical Services and Accreditation

We are licensed as an Outdoor Behavioral Youth Program in the States of Montana and Idaho. We are reviewed and audited annually by the State Department of Health and Human Services in Montana and the Department of Human Welfare in Idaho to help ensure that we are providing a safe and effective program that operates within the rules and regulations for child welfare. We were the first, and currently the only, wilderness program licensed in the state of Montana.

In addition to state licensure, we are accredited to offer high school credits to all participants. A participants can earn up to 2 full high school credits (See curriculum.) during the six week program.

All therapeutic services are supervised by a licensed mental health professional with a minimum of a master’s level degree. Currently our two clinical staff have a combined X years experience working with at-risk youth and their families.

Full psychological evaluations may be contracted for an additional price. The psychologist we contract with for these evaluations, Dr. Paul Silverman, has over 29 years experience as a license clinical psychologist specializing in child and adolescent development.

Our physician, Dr. Eric Kress, is fully licensed by the State of Montana.
